Overview

As a key member of our software development team, the Software Quality Assurance Lead will oversee the quality assurance process from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will manage a team of testers and collaborate closely with developers to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality before release.

  • Test Planning and Execution

    ">

    The Software Quality Assurance Lead will develop comprehensive test plans and lead the execution of testing activities to ensure that all software releases meet defined quality standards.

  • Team Management

    ">

    The successful candidate will lead a team of testers, identify skill gaps, and provide training and mentorship to ensure that the team has the necessary skills to deliver high-quality results.

  • Test Automation

    ">

    The Software Quality Assurance Lead will select and optimize test tools and frameworks, develop automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium and BDD frameworks, and automate UI and API test cases to increase coverage.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    ">

    The successful candidate will participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and design sessions, communicate status updates, and coordinate with development, product, and business teams.

  • Risk Management

    The Software Quality Assurance Lead will prepare risk mitigation plans for schedule delays and address issues that testers face during the cycle.
