Job Title: Test Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned testing professional to fill the role of Test Assurance Specialist. This position will involve working on a new development project, creating a centralized repository for Risk Management, and will be responsible for starting in Manual testing and eventually transitioning to test Automation framework using Selenium and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of software quality
  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests for software applications to validate functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and provide expert advice on testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium to improve efficiency and reduce testing time
  • Analyze and report test results, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of testing experience in both Manual and Automation environments, with a strong focus on quality assurance and control
  • Experience with Functional, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, Negative, Database Validation and other testing methodologies
  • Experience with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium, as well as CI/CD and Pipeline Deployments
  • Experience writing test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin and other test automation frameworks
