Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing and quality assurance for software products. You will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives, managing testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet user expectations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review software requirements, user stories, and design specifications to understand product functionality and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test plans.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, including manual and automated tests, across various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, different operating systems, and browsers).
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and bugs using bug-tracking systems, ensuring detailed reporting of issues and their severity.
  • Analyze test results, evaluate software usability, and report observations to the design and development teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance for software products.
  • Working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management software and bug-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good to have knowledge in AI & ML and Python is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
