Urban Planning Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Planner to join our team and play a key role in supporting project development through research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Conduct site assessments to gather essential information for planning proposals.
  • Maintain seamless liaison with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning/Architecture/Geography or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment, graphics firm, or advertising agency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with departmental staff and management.
  • Good knowledge of current planning best practices and sustainable development principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior work experience in urban planning or property sector.
  • Ability to work with design software and AI technology.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products, including Civil3D and AutoCAD.
