Urban Planning Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative artwork and creative assets for urban-planning and urban-design focused projects.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality presentations, graphical brochures, and reports within deadlines.
  • Developing high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
  • Creating high-quality Photoshop image renderings.
  • Maintaining seamless liaison with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality and innovative design work.
  • Experience in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with excellence.
  • A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to effectively work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
  • Experience in working with design teams ensuring high standards and creative direction are met.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector.
  • Ability to work with AI software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web-pages.
