We seek a results-driven leader to head our direct life insurance sales team. This position focuses on a service-oriented approach, emphasizing relationship management and sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and select high-performing sales executives. Supervise their daily activities and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all targets are met.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales growth by focusing on key metrics such as premium per executive and case rate. Maximize business from target markets and consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Conduct joint field work and demonstrate effective selling skills. Help executives leverage company systems to enhance their performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage, track, and convert leads from the telemarketing unit. Engage with customers to resolve queries, handle complaints, and provide excellent service for high customer retention.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure team adherence to rules and regulations regarding need-based selling and compliance. Educate the team and prospects on product comparisons.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Education: A graduate degree is required, preferably with an MBA.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing agents or sales representatives.
