**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Client Needs**:Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their specific requirements.

Analyze client needs and propose suitable building material solutions.
- **Convincing and Negotiation**:Develop persuasive sales strategies to effectively communicate product benefits.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually satisfactory agreements.
- **Closing Deals**:Lead clients through the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.

Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately.
- **Building and Maintaining Client Relationships**:Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and assistance.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Share market insights and feedback with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Diploma in civil engineering, commerce, or an MBA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Additional proficiency in Gujarati or Marathi is a significant advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
