Job Description

At our organization, we seek a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to craft scalable solutions on the platform.

This role ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards while supporting cross-functional teams for automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews for compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Effective collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
  • Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
