We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the localization process.

Job Description

This role will manage multiple projects, utilizing translation management systems (TMS) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate localization requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support content.
  • Determine project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
  • Manage TMS workflows in Smartling and XTM, including setup, automation, and quality checks.
  • Troubleshoot tool issues and collaborate with engineering or vendor support as needed.
  • Maintain and apply translation memories, glossaries, and style guides to ensure linguistic consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for localization vendors, managing schedules and queries.
  • Coordinate vendor assignments, monitor KPIs, and enforce SLA compliance.
  • Consolidate and communicate vendor feedback to improve output quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in localization project management or a related field.
