Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely completion and effective management. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

Major Objectives:

  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties are informed and aligned
  • Document important actions and decisions to prevent misunderstandings
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings to facilitate communication
  • Ensure project deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Determine necessary changes to project scope or timeline as required
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as assigned
  • Develop strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to established frameworks and documentation protocols
  • Assess potential risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to achieve the best outcome
  • Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to relevant team members
  • Create a project management calendar to track key milestones and deadlines
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in IT project coordination with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • At least 3 years of experience handling IT security projects
