We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promote brand awareness.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans to meet sales targets.
  2. Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and efficiency.
  3. Media Planning: Define media plans for print, OOH, radio, and digital channels to focus on lead generation and brand building.
  4. Digital Presence: Enhance digital brand presence through SEO, PPC, content creation, social media, and influencer marketing.
  5. Campaign Execution: Execute innovative campaigns, cross-marketing, and promotions for car launches and company events.
  6. Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships via luxury event sponsorships and brand collaborations.
  7. Communication: Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to discuss enquiry target agreements/feedback and achievement of objectives.
  8. Reporting: Submit the marketing plan for each month, post-discussion with the sales and CRM team, to management in advance for approval.
Requirements
  • Skills: Passionate about our brand, excellent command over English language, ability to analyze complex data, and work under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Experience in automotive, luxury, fashion, or hospitality/Luxury Brand Management (1-2 years minimum experience preferred). MBA in marketing preferred. Fresher can apply for executive level.
