Job Title: Strategic Mergers & Acquisitions Executive

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of inorganic growth strategies, financial valuation, and transaction structuring. A strong track record of executing cross-border deals, particularly in the auto or allied sectors, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic acquisitions and partnerships to support company growth objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for M&A, JV, or partnership that enhance technological capability, market access, or operational leverage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment banks, consultants, legal advisors, and target companies.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institution; engineering background preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience, with at least 5–7 years in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking in manufacturing/automotive.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with high negotiation and influencing skills.
