Job Opportunity: IT Governance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and drive large-scale IT initiatives for a Finance/NBFC organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up data centers from scratch, establishing robust testing centers of excellence (COEs), and developing enterprise-grade resiliency and operations centers (ROCs).

  • Develop strategic plans for the design, implementation, and management of data centers to ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Establish and govern testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies to drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.

Data Center Setup & Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of data center projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.

Testing COE (Center of Excellence)

  • Design and implement effective testing methodologies and automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC)

  • Develop and implement advanced ROC solutions for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy and objectives.
  • Drive organizational change and process improvements to enhance IT service delivery.
