About This Role

The purpose of this position is to oversee the overall brand performance and market presence of a leading beverage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role involves managing an extensive portfolio of products, including vodka, and working closely with marketing stakeholders, commercial regions, and external partners to implement growth drivers and maximize brand opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with expertise in strategy, content development, and digital marketing. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, creative flair, and the ability to execute projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth and improve brand performance.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, commercial regions, and external partners to implement growth drivers and maximize brand opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, media planning, and execution.
  • Analyze consumer insights and translate them into effective growth drivers.
Requirements
  • MBA/ Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years' experience in marketing, with at least 4 years' core brand experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering results-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills, with the ability to execute projects with attention to detail.
