Marketing Lead

About us:

- We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Lead to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

- As a Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for defining the brand's vision, goals, and plans, and ensuring we achieve them through effective marketing strategies.

- Our ideal candidate will have experience in strategy and marketing, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to create and run go-to-market strategies for new launches and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Lead all creative work for the brand, including ad campaigns, social media, packaging, websites, and digital promotions.
  • Run digital campaigns to generate leads, boost brand awareness, and engage users.
  • Manage and optimize our company website and social media presence to promote projects.
  • Support sales and business development teams with presentations and marketing materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience in strategy and marketing (preferably in real estate or with a strategic partner).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across different departments.
  • Experience in analytics, planning, and project management with structured organizations.
  • Ability to create and run go-to-market strategies for new launches and ongoing projects.
  • Comfortable using technology to track sales, measure performance, and make improvements.
