We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our brand's online presence and attract top talent in the IT consulting services industry.
- For this role, you'll need at least 3+ years of proven experience in growth strategy and B2B lead generation.
- You should have managed or grown a company page or personal brand with measurable results.
- Candidates must be able to share 3 campaigns/posts they created that drove engagement or leads.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a content calendar featuring engaging posts, articles, and video ideas.
- Enhance company and leadership profiles for maximum online visibility.
- Design and run outreach and engagement campaigns targeting influential IT leaders, Salesforce prospects, and talent pools.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams for strategic recruitment and branding initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy and B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles, hashtags, content algorithms, and paid advertising.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
