**Job Description**

As a Travel Visa Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient visa applications for our team members.

  • Apply and obtain the required visas within the agreed timeframe (TAT).
  • Complete sign-on and sign-off formalities prior to vessel departure from the designated port.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all reports and documents.
  • Submit daily work updates to the department manager detailing tasks completed throughout the day.
  • Send all reports on a daily basis, including Visa Tracker, Business Visa Master, Ticket Tracker, and Cab Tracker.
  • Obtain approval from the Travel Manager before making any visa or travel arrangements without a Cost Center (Vessel name).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
