As a vital team member, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating travel visa arrangements for vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely application and procurement of required visas within agreed timeframes.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding formalities before vessel departures from designated ports.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports and records, ensuring seamless tracking of daily activities.
  • Communicate daily work updates to department managers and stakeholders.
  • Dispatch regular reports, including visa trackers, business visa masters, ticket trackers, and cab trackers, as per established schedules.

Working closely with our Travel Manager, you will prioritize cost-effective solutions and ensure that all travel and visa arrangements align with company policies.

This involves proactively managing visa applications, identifying areas for process improvements, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

They will be able to analyze complex information, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

In addition, they will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
