Job Title

Accounts Payable Coordinator: Key Responsibilities and Requirements

This position involves handling Accounts Payable duties such as payment processing, reconciliation support, and vendor communication.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate and timely recording of payments.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for all AP-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in payment processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP system is a plus.
