The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and contractual requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Contract Review & Compliance
- Review federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify and summarize relevant clauses and compliance obligations.
- Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP).
- Maintain organized repositories and document management systems.
- Audit & Monitoring Support
- Assist with reviews and audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
- Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
- Proposal & Pre-Award Support
- Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant clauses.
- Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.
Provide data, documentation, and insights as requested.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms and risk.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting principles.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
