Senior Contract Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to draft, review, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, align agreements with business objectives, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate contractual records.
- Draft and review diverse contracts—such as vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual terms with company strategies and policies.
- Analyze contract terms to identify legal or business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Maintaining a central repository of contract documentation and metadata is essential for easy retrieval and tracking.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the contract lifecycle, managing renewals, amendments, expirations, and flagging deadlines proactively.
In addition, they will provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas.
Finally, they will support in resolving contract disputes, audits, and compliance reviews.
Contract performance reports and metrics will be prepared for senior management.
Staying current with legal developments, industry trends, and enhancements in contract management practices is crucial for this role.
