  • Review, negotiate, and draft client contracts at a global level, including master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft vendor contracts, such as purchase of goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscription agreements, etc.
  • Draft and review real estate agreements, including lease agreements, maintenance agreements, fit-out agreements, etc.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts, such as license agreements, content subscription agreements, website terms and conditions, EULA, App terms of Use, etc.
  • Provide advisory support on employment/HR matters across jurisdictions, including termination letters, settlement agreements, notices, reply to notices, and applicable labor laws.
  • Liaise with external counsel.
  • Formulate compliance frameworks and manage client compliance.
  • Draft compliance policies, SOPs, and related documentation.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
  • Create and manage trackers for monitoring client requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Engage in automation initiatives.

We are looking for:

  • A law graduate from a reputable law college (CS qualification is a plus).
  • 8-12 years post-qualification experience.
