About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead and direct concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. As a seasoned project management expert, you will be responsible for interfacing with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects to ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation, ensuring that the project delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget, and is delivered on time while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a single point of contact to the client, ensuring clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
  • Manage the delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management, and documentation and management of risks and issues.
  • Provide pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project solution, which includes completing a proposal. This may include client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.
  • Cookrate activities of the project teams through task delegation or resource assignment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and/or project management or a related field.
  • Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP required. ITIL certification is beneficial.
  • Seasoned project management experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
  • Competency in project change management.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
