Landscape Design Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape designer to lead our team in delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable landscape design projects. As a landscape design project lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.

About You:

  • You have a Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
  • You possess proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
  3. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.
  5. Organize and direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  6. Demonstrate an expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques and BoM's.
  7. Track project timeliness and budget.
  8. Monitor percentage completion of projects based on project delivery and batches.
  9. Identify instances of design flaws or failures during or after project for landscape works.
  10. Implement innovative technologies and sustainable practices in design.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
