Design Leader Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Interior Design Leader to join our team. As an Interior Design Leader, you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and Design: Develop and implement interior design concepts and designs for clients, taking into account their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, providing expert advice and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design elements meet our quality standards and client expectations.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design is required, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite), exceptional design and spatial planning skills, excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, and strong leadership and team management abilities are required.
