  3. Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, where you will present options and guide them through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on buying/investment strategies.">
  4. Develop rapport and get to know the client, finding out about their goals and vision for the future.">
  5. Educate clients on property investment and make them aware of incentives available to them, opening their eyes to different strategies available for pursuit.">
  6. Manage relationships, assist clients through the decision-making process, and follow up communication to foster long-term relationships both pre and post sales.">
  7. Represent the company with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with.">
  8. Seek referrals and network to grow your own suite of clients.">
  9. Conduct surveys to identify prices of competing properties.">
  10. Be responsible for end-to-end sales progress (generating leads - closure).">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.">
  • In-depth knowledge about the location/city you have applied for.">
  • A positive attitude towards doing meetings each day, meeting new people, and someone who enjoys doing sales.">
  • Experience in direct sales is an added advantage.">
  • The ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.">
  • High levels of passion and ownership.">
  • A passion for the real estate market and a hunger for sales.">
  • Any Graduation / MBA degree.">
