Job Description
As a Fashion Sales Specialist at Fashion Dwar, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience that reflects our brand values. This includes welcoming customers with warmth and enthusiasm, embodying the Fashion Dwar brand. You will also provide expert advice on styling and assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces from our collection. Furthermore, you will build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience Champion:
    - Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm, embodying the Fashion Dwar brand.
    - Provide expert advice on styling and assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces from our collection.
    - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Sales Excellence:
    - Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
    - Upsell and cross-sell items to enhance customer purchases, offering complete wardrobe solutions.
    - Manage transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, ensuring a seamless checkout process.
  • Brand Advocate:
    - Stay updated on Fashion Dwar's latest collections, trends, and signature designs.
    - Share the story and craftsmanship behind our products to create a personalized shopping experience.
    - Promote exclusive offers, events, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Store Operations:
    - Maintain impeccable visual standards in line with the Fashion Dwar aesthetic.
    - Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and inviting at all times.
    - Assist with inventory management, including restocking, monitoring stock levels, and preparing for new arrivals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    - Follow up with clients post-purchase, sharing updates about new arrivals, promotions, and styling tips.
    - Maintain accurate records of customer preferences to deliver a tailored shopping experience.
    - Actively contribute to building a loyal community of Fashion Dwar customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to explain features, benefits, and styling options for Fashion Dwar products.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively while also excelling independently.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using retail software, POS systems, and CRM tools.
  • Adaptable: Flexible to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in fashion retail or a similar sales role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in fashion or retail management is a bonus).
  • Proven ability to connect with diverse customers and deliver a superior shopping experience.
