Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance organizational compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop, review, and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor daily operations to identify potential risks and conduct regular audits to mitigate these risks.
  • Foster open communication with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission of reports and returns.
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees to maintain a culture of regulatory awareness.
  • Compile and update compliance manuals, records, and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Law, Finance, or Commerce.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compliance within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
