Power Regulatory Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Power Regulatory Expert with extensive expertise in the power sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ARR filings, tariff determination, petitions, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before SERCs/CERC.
  • Draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical / Power / Energy / Related discipline) with MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.

The ideal professional should have a proven track record of working with Regulatory Commissions/Power Utilities and providing end-to-end support in regulatory submissions.
