Job Title: Power Systems Expert

We are seeking a skilled Power Systems Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative wastewater treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams for packaged Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) using CAD tools.
  • Select electrical components and specify cable sizes, protective devices, and earthing arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the IoT/AI team to embed sensors and data-loggers for real-time monitoring of inlet/outlet parameters.
  • Ensure seamless electrical connectivity for telemetry modules and integration with SCADA/DMP platforms.
  • Oversee electrical installation on site, verify wiring, terminations, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning checks, troubleshoot electrical faults, and support plant start-up & handover.
  • Prepare as-built drawings, operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals, and spare-part lists.
  • Provide technical support to operations teams and train site staff on electrical systems and IoT dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • Approximately 2 years in electrical design and site execution, preferably in water/wastewater treatment, process plants, or industrial automation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent CAD software.
  • Knowledge of PLC/DCS basics, VFD configuration, and motor control centers.
  • Familiarity with IoT hardware and communication protocols.
  • Understanding of electrical safety standards and site-inspection best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
