We're seeking a seasoned power management professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge power products. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and growth in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, creating comprehensive product roadmaps for power solutions, including MOSFETs, DCDC converters, BMS systems, PMICs, and more.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Precisely translate market requirements into detailed product specifications, driving accuracy and quality.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product definers and engineers, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure collective success and market dominance.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in power management, encompassing product definition and development.
  • In-depth expertise in power products and system knowledge, with a keen understanding of thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations.
  • Proven proficiency with FEA tools, simulation software (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools.
  • A strong grasp of industry standards, including AECQ, IATF, and ISO26262.
