Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to oversee and lead our Human Resources (HR) department. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, India.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR strategies, recruitment processes, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. They will also possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Managing recruitment processes and hiring top talent
  • Administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with HR policies
  • Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and employee relations

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, India
