Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead compensation and benefits initiatives.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of compensation structures that balance compliance, cost control, and talent attraction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Compensation: Ensure alignment between compensation practices and organizational philosophy.
  • Develop market intelligence roadmaps and annual planning frameworks.
  • Monitor key market indicators via dashboards and design predictive analytics models.
  • Maintain focus on compensation management activities, understanding unique characteristics of state entities.
  • Consult with senior leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Research and analyze market data for developing compensation strategies.
  • Support HR professionals in the development of a global HR organization.
  • Undertake job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences within the organization.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will drive wellbeing and benefits operations to develop and implement health and mental wellbeing policies and programs.

  • Define problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring of operations teams.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits, and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Focus on communication and branding of all associate benefits.
  • Drive insurance renewal for the Fiserv entity.
  • Develop an approach for administering health and wellbeing programs.
  • Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio & help organization to optimize ROI.
  • Managing multiple vendors/services contracts & renewal.
  • Leads the internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
  • Drives the finalization of annual engagement calendar.
  • Works with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv's Benefits philosophy.
  • Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
  • Owns and drives company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance/HR.
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance.
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
  • Strong presentation skills and communication.
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel.
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • Time management and analytical skills.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
  • Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred.
