Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customized solutions and offerings.
  • Develop sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for strategic initiatives.
  • Write and edit proposals with a focus on client benefits, ROI, and innovation impact.
  • Maintain a proposal content library for faster turnaround.
  • Track proposal outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical and program details into client-focused narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint; familiarity with proposal tools is a plus.
