As a key player in our procurement team, you will play a vital role in driving the company's purchasing process forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards. This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, and monitoring inventory levels to optimize procurement costs.

With a strong background in procurement and at least 4 years of experience in the Rubber and Plastic Industry, you will possess excellent analytical skills for performance assessment and inventory management. You will also have outstanding attention to detail for accurate tracking and effective communication and negotiation skills.

      • Ensure timely delivery of materials as per specifications and indents.">
      • Track and monitor purchase requisitions and indents.">
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.">

        • Process vendor payments accurately and within agreed-upon timelines.">
        • Maintain proper indent documentation and compliance records.">
        • Prepare and manage POs, debit notes, and related purchase documents.">

          • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve vendor and indent-related issues.">
          • Ensure compliance with procurement standards, minimizing non-compliance in audits.">
          • Handle import/export documentation when required.">

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert who has a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Rubber and Plastic Industry. You should have a strong understanding of procurement processes and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
