We are currently seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement of non-production-related materials and services. This role is responsible for streamlining supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and managing vendors for indirect materials such as office supplies, maintenance services, tooling, and other non-production items.
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery from suppliers.
  • Maintaining vendor records and negotiating cost-effective deals to optimize procurement expenses.
  • Tracking inventory levels of indirect materials and ensuring adequate stock without overstocking.
  • Analyzing purchase data and vendor performance using Excel; generating regular reports and dashboards.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in sourcing and procuring indirect materials.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing purchase orders.
  • Ability to track inventory and optimize stock levels.
  • Competency in data analysis using Excel and generating reports.
