We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in sourcing and procurement within the fitness and nutrition products industry. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies for fitness and nutrition products and raw materials.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and reliability.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors and suppliers.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.

- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure all purchased materials meet company standards.

- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and review.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, Finance, and Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 48 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within the Fitness and Nutrition Products industry (mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of suppliers and raw materials specific to nutrition products, supplements, and related packaging.

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced We Offer
