About the role:

We are looking for a
Purchase Assistant / Executive
to support our procurement activities. The role mainly involves asking rates from suppliers, comparing quotations, maintaining purchase records, and coordinating with vendors and transporters.

Note:
This is not a corporate/MNC role – it's a
hands-on position
suited for candidates comfortable working in an industrial area and dealing with local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact suppliers (phone/WhatsApp/email) to ask for
    rates and quotations
    .
  • Prepare and update
    rate comparison sheets
    (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and payments.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, challans, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with transporters for material delivery.
  • Support the senior management in negotiations by providing updated market rates.
  • Basic support in Tally / ERP for purchase entries (training can be given).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma (any field, commerce preferred).
  • Experience: 0
    –4 years
    in purchase/supply chain (steel, fabrication, or industrial goods preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication in
    Hindi + basic English
    .
  • Knowledge of
    MS Excel / Google Sheets
    .
  • Familiarity with industrial areas and vendors in NCR is a plus.
  • Qualities:
    Trustworthy, disciplined, and proactive
    in follow-ups.

Compensation Details:

  • Salary:
    ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
    (depending on experience).
