As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to L2/L3 teams with analytical feedback.
- Investigate incidents, collect evidence, diagnose issues, and recover within defined SLA.
- Understand information security policies and best practices in Birlasoft environments.
- Inform L2/L3 teams of proactive and reactive actions to ensure adherence to security policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Information Security.
- 2+ years' experience working in a SOC environment.
- Knowledge of industry-recognized analysis frameworks (Kill Chain, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Incident Response, etc.).
- Understanding of Cloud Computing Fundamentals, EDR, DLP, Firewall concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative driven, result-oriented, and ability to lead a technical team.
- Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies with flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously.
