Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving innovation and automation to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
  • Engaging employees in operational excellence initiatives.
  • Providing service delivery support to process owners.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated project and program management skills.
  • Extensive understanding of mistake proofing and automation tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certification (or BB training).
  • E-commerce/internet industry experience.
