Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns
  • Leading the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and everything in between
  • Collaborating with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to crack compelling ideas that align with brand strategy
  • Guiding and mentoring junior designers and visualisers to deliver top-notch work
  • Translating marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions
  • Reviewing creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations
  • Presenting ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Staying up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends - and knowing when to follow them or break them
  • Maintaining design consistency while working on multiple projects across industries
  • Managing timelines, delegating work, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not digital-only or event-focused)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • A good sense of humour and a can-do attitude (non-negotiable)
