Lead Art Director

About this role:

You will oversee the entire creative output of a leading real estate agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design.

  • You will collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of creatives, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of marketing materials, websites, social media creatives, and branding assets.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
  • Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
