Key Job Aspects

The role involves contributing to delivering a high-quality service experience for client share plans, and supporting automation and straight-through processing goals by identifying manual pain points and suggesting improvements.

You will assist in process standardization and documentation to enable operational scalability and resilience, and stay updated on equity market practices and share plan regulatory trends to support informed operations.

This includes processing and validating dealing instructions from participants, ensuring alignment with plan rules and client expectations, executing equity trades via internal or broker platforms and monitoring confirmations, coordinating settlement instructions, monitoring status, and liaising with internal teams and brokers to ensure timely settlement.

Operational Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in investment banking operations, specifically in equity dealing and/or settlements.
  • Familiarity with employee share plan types and their operational nuances.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end equity trade lifecycle, especially focused on execution and settlement.
