Equity Trader

Job Summary
  • We are seeking a skilled Equity Trader to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for trading on behalf of clients with high accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  1. Trading in equities shares/stocks on behalf of clients.
  2. Achieving business targets by generating revenue, acquiring new clients, and enhancing existing client relationships.
  3. Profiling clients and suggesting suitable financial products to meet their needs and risk appetite.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  5. Activating trading accounts for clients and coordinating daily trades in equity.
  6. Executing trades online and placing orders on behalf of customers.
  7. Making confirmations of orders and trades done during the day to clients.
  8. Acquiring new clients through referrals and network.
  9. Staying updated on micro and macroeconomic indicators, global and domestic financial markets, and their impact on stock movements.
  10. Collecting margins/market-to-market loss.
  11. FOLLOWING guidelines of Risk management and Settlement.
  12. Ensuring compliance with various regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an equity stock broking firm.
