Job Title: Equity Dealer

As an Equity Dealer, you will be responsible for trading on behalf of clients with a 0% dealing error rate.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves:

  • Trading equities shares/stocks on behalf of clients;
  • Generating revenue by acquiring new clients and enhancing existing relationships;
  • Profiling clients and suggesting financial products (equity) that meet their risk appetite;
  • Ensuring the highest level of service to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Cross-selling insurance, mutual fund, PMS, SIPs, IPOs products;
  • Handling HNI clients and coordinating daily trades in equity;
  • Executing trades online and placing orders on behalf of customers;
  • Confirming orders and trades done during the day to clients;
  • Acquiring new clients through referrals and maintaining existing client relationships;
  • Staying up-to-date with micro and macroeconomic indicators and global/domestic financial markets impact on stock movements;
  • Collecting margins/market-to-market loss; and
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Knowledge of equity/trading regulations and investments products;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Time management and organizational skills; and
  • Self-motivation and adaptability.
