Smartsheet Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Smartsheet Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in building dashboards, forms, and advanced reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dashboard Design and Development: Design, build, and optimize Smartsheet dashboards and forms to provide clear business insights and streamline data collection.
  • Integration and Configuration: Configure and manage Smartsheet–Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  • Platform Administration: Administer and manage Smartsheet platform including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement and manage automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Smartsheet Expertise: Strong expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Jira Integration: Hands-on experience with Smartsheet–Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  • Reporting and Analytics: Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
  • Certification: Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Smartsheet Certification: Smartsheet Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  • Automation: Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  • Methodologies: Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
