Job Description:

As a seasoned SAP HCM expert, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting payroll processes, including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.

You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring smooth upstream data flow with Time Management and PA/OM teams. Your expertise in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems is crucial to our success.

Key responsibilities include performing testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems, as well as creating and maintaining documentation: functional specs, test cases, SOPs, and payroll calendars.

Additionally, you will engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver timely solutions to complex payroll challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems
  • Knowledge of PA, OM, and Benefits modules is a plus
  • Experience with IDoc/ALE, PI/PO, or APIs for integration is desirable
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance (e.g., India, Malaysia, US)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models preferred
