
Corporate Training Specialist

- Deliver comprehensive training programs to new hires, focusing on soft skills and negotiation techniques.
- Regularly review and update training content to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning requirements of different groups and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall performance.
- Develop and execute training tasks efficiently, often on short notice.
- Commit to delivering results-oriented training programs that drive process improvement.
Take ownership of new hire performance during the OJT period, including attrition rates.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Train and upskill advisors in soft skills and negotiation techniques.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly cyclic activities, including refresher training and updates.
- Sensitize to training needs and understand learning requirements of different learning groups.
- Liaise with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans.
- Develop and execute training tasks efficiently, often on short notice.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute towards its implementation.
FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
\- Monitor advisor calls every week during OJT and provide immediate feedback on failed calls.
- Provide regular feedback to team members regarding team performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Document feedback and obtain signatures from concerned parties.
- Perform cross-monitoring across teams every month.
- Nominate floorwalkers amongst the team regularly.
- Conduct process refreshers and policy refreshers.
- Nominate advisors to conduct buzz sessions.
- Handle escalation calls for the team.
- Share good and bad calls, create product-level FAQs.
- Nominate hall of fame and shame for OJT batches.
- Conduct buzz sessions for updates and share new information with the team.
- Check login schedules.
- Manage attrition through regular communication with advisors and tracking EWS changes.
