Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to join our team in the Mumbai region. The Assistant Manager, HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing HRM and administrative functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth by implementing effective HR strategies and policies.

  1. Recruitment and Selection: Partner with recruitment consultants and other stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee engagement and manage HR policies and procedures.
  3. Performance Management: Identify training needs and organize induction and other training programs to develop employees' skills.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate attendance records.
  5. Learning and Development: Collaborate with the learning and development function to implement training programs and promote employee growth.
  6. Administrative Functions: Oversee and manage administrative tasks for the Mumbai region.
  7. HR Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular insights and analysis to management on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • MBA in HR from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to handle HR systems, especially recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be proficient in HR systems and tools.
