Job Overview:

The role of Information Security Lead is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for safeguarding and protecting information assets through effective strategy implementation and technological advancements.

This critical function will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive security programs, ensuring all aspects of our operations are thoroughly evaluated and secured. The successful candidate must possess expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other advanced technologies.

Additionally, this key individual will lead the creation and delivery of engaging security awareness and training initiatives for all employees, promoting a culture of cyber resilience and proactive defense against emerging threats.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide information security strategies, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust security architectures, encompassing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other advanced security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of compelling security awareness and training programs to foster a culture of cybersecurity best practices among staff members.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential security risks across all facets of our operations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and breaches, coordinating incident response activities to minimize impact.
